How do I place an order?
Go to the Products page and select your favourite flavours, add to cart, then submit your order.
Why are your waffles smaller compared to the traditional size waffles?
Having kept in mind that our waffles are meant to be enjoyed in the comfort of our homes, we referenced the size of white bread and designed our waffles so it will fit all home style ovens and freezers.
How long until it expires?
The waffles will last up to one year when stored in the freezer (-18 degrees Celsius).
Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order of at least 4 pieces of waffles.
Payment and Shipping
Cash payments are accepted upon delivery.
Your order will be shipped out within 5 business days. Orders over $250 HKD will receive free delivery (except Hong Kong south, the Peak, offshore islands.)
For orders under $250 HKD you may select STORE PICKUP at checkout and we will schedule a time for you to pick up your order at our location found in Contact Us.
How do I prepare my egg waffle?
Oven Heating Directions:

Preheat oven to 200 Deg C.

Place frozen egg waffle on oven rack (not on the baking sheet) and heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot and crispy.

Rest egg waffle for 30 seconds before serving.

Fan top and bottom sides of the egg waffle for extra crispiness.
Air Fryer Directions:

Preheat oven to 200 Deg C.

Place frozen egg waffle in the air fryer and heat for 2 minutes, flip waffle and continue heating for 2 more minute or until hot and crispy.

Rest egg waffle for 30 seconds before serving.

Fan top and bottom sides of the egg waffle for extra crispiness.
Toaster Heating Directions:
Turn to lowest heat setting. Two toastings may be required to heat completely.
Are your products aluminum free?
Yes, all of Hong Kong Street Eats' products are aluminum free. Aluminum in baking good usually comes from the sodium aluminum sulphate added in double acting baking powder. Our egg waffles uses an aluminum free, in house blend baking powder to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
